Returns / Exchanges and Refunds
REFUNDS
* We do not offer refunds. You may only exchange the product against store credit in case of a manufacturing defect.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
* Our garments are made-on-order. Once the order is placed, we do not offer any returns or refunds.
* We shall fix / exchange the outfit in case it has a genuine manufacturing defect or if it is not as per what you ordered with respect to the product information mentioned on our website at the time of order. Please photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
* If a product has been delivered to you i.e. the order does not match the item in the order confirmation e-mail, you can opt for the exchange.
* Please contact us within 3 working days of delivery.
* The returns/exchanges, if applicable, will be provided if the product is returned in its original condition intact and unworn with tags and its original packaging with no damage or stains.
* If you find anything damaged or ruined in transit on the receipt of the product, please reach out to us at orders.soha@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt with relevant videos and photos.
* Returns/Exchanges will not be applicable on custom-made orders.
* Return/Exchange is not applicable on products sold on promotional offers/discounts.
* Return/Exchange shipping methods both ways and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
